How do I make an exchange?

You can make an exchange within 14 days of receiving your parcel if and only if the item is still in stock and sizes can be exchanged. Please send an e-mail to info@revengex.xyz to confirm that the requested size is still available.

Items must be in their original packaging, unworn, unwashed and undirty. Once your return has been processed, our team will check these conditions. Please include the order number in the parcel.

I'd like to make a return and get my money back, what do I do?

You can return an item within 14 days of receiving it and receive a full refund if, and only if, the item is received faulty or the fault is ours. If the item is not damaged on receipt or the fault is not ours, we will refund you in a REVENGEX voucher. Please contact us by e-mail at info@revengex.xyz.

Items must be in their original packaging, unworn, unwashed and undirty. Once your return has been processed, our team will take care of checking these conditions. Please include the order number in the parcel.

You will then be refunded via bank transfer, paypal or voucher within 5 to 10 working days.
