An item is out of stock, what should I do?

When an item is out of stock you can subscribe to our newsletter and follow us on Instagram so as not to miss the next restocks.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit card payments secured by Stripe, PayPal payments but also Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Where do you deliver?

We deliver all over the world (USA, Canada, Europe, North Africa, Asia and Australia).

What are the shipping fees?

Delivery is free from 150€ of purchases. The standard rate is €4.90 for mainland France, €9.90 for Europe and €14.90 for the rest of the world.

I placed an order but haven't received a confirmation email yet?

When we receive your order, our team transmits the delivery information directly to the logistics company. It may take several days for our packages to leave our warehouse. Our lead times are longer when a new collection is released or during the holidays.

Will I have to pay customs fees or other additional fees?

If you order from outside the European Union, customs fees may apply. If so, send us an email to resolve the situation at info@revengex.xyz.

What is the delivery time?

Delivery is within 7 working days after receiving the shipping email.

Who makes the delivery?

Delivery is made by your local post office.

When will my package be delivered? What if I'm not there?

Your package is delivered during office hours (9 a.m. to 5 p.m.). If you are not there, the postman will leave the package in the letterbox or if there is no access, you will have to collect the package from your local post office.

How do I track my package?

A tracking number is attached to the shipping confirmation email. It will help you track your package around the world. To track your package, use our package tracking software .

I did not get my package. What should I do?

You have 30 days (from shipping) to receive it. After 30 days, you can request a refund or a commercial gesture will be made to thank you for your patience.

I received a damaged item? What should I do?

We are sincerely sorry that your item did not suit you. Contact our customer support by email info@revengex.xyz to find a solution to your problem.

What size should I take?

All cuts and size guides are indicated directly on the product pages. Some of our items fit normally and others are oversized. Please refer to it.

How do I take care of my REVENGEX clothing?

Please consult the label which indicates the washing information inside each garment. We always recommend washing cold or at 30 degrees maximum to avoid damaging the clothes.

How can I get more information about an item?

Can I modify or cancel an order?

When you place an order, the information is sent directly to our logistics center. We give you 1 hour to modify or cancel an order by email to info@revengex.xyz.

My order is marked as delivered but I haven't received anything, what should I do?

Please contact us by email at info@revengex.xyz to find a solution to your problem.

I would like to make a return and be refunded, how do I do it?

You can return an item within 14 days of receiving it. Please contact us by email at info@revengex.xyz to do so.

Items must be in the original packaging, unworn, unwashed and unsoiled. Once your return has been made, our team will take care to check these conditions.

You will then be reimbursed within 5 to 10 working days.

I would just like to make an exchange, how do I do it?

You can make an exchange within 14 days of receiving your item. Please email info@revengex.xyz to confirm that your requested size is still available.
