These general conditions of sale exclusively govern the sales of items between the company REVENGEX and any user of the site revengex.xyz
The site does not allow the purchase of items intended for resale.
We reserve the right to modify our general conditions of sale at any time.
The applicable general conditions of sale are those in force on the day the order is validated.
Ordering items
To place an order, we provide you with a merchant website accessible 7 days a week, 24 hours a day all year round, at the following address: revengex.xyz
After acceptance of payment, a confirmation email will be sent to you summarizing your entire order.
You can track the status of your order at any time by contacting our customer service.
Payment terms and security
Payment for the order is made online and is completely secure (SSL security standard). The use of the “https://” prefix at the top of the address displayed in the browser’s navigation bar attests to this.
Your credit card data is encrypted and none of your banking information is stored on our server.
The amount of your order is debited at the time of ordering.
Delivery
REVENGEX delivers your order in France and throughout the world to the address you indicated during the ordering process. You agree to send us, when ordering, all the information necessary for delivery, your e-mail and your mobile telephone number so that we can be contacted if necessary.
Delivery is made to your home by post. Delivery is free from 150€ of purchases and costs may vary depending on the country of delivery.
In case of absence, a delivery notice is left in your mailbox telling you in which post office to collect your package.
Items and prices
The prices indicated on our website are expressed in VAT, All Taxes Included and in euros. The Value Added Tax which applies is the French VAT in force at 20%. If French VAT changes, REVENGEX reserves the right to apply the new VAT in force on its website.
The selling prices of our items are subject to change and we are free to update them at any time.
The REVENGEX company is not responsible for order cancellation due to non-similar color reasons.
Right to retract
In accordance with the new European directive, Hamon Law, which came into force in June 2014, you have a legal period of 14 days to exercise your right of withdrawal.
Return your item to us in its original packaging, unwashed, unused, attaching the withdrawal form to the package.
REVENGEX undertakes to reimburse you for the price of the item within 14 days of receipt of the package provided that it is received in good condition, in its original packaging and accompanied by the withdrawal form. Delivery and return costs remain your responsibility.
Guarantees
REVENGEX undertakes to respect French legislation concerning the legal guarantee of conformity (Art. L. 211-1 to L. 212-1 of the Consumer Code) and the legal guarantee against hidden defects (Art. 1641 and 1649 of civil Code).
